How long does it take to get started?
Usually a few days. After a 15-minute call we set up your stations, products and users for you. Your team only has to log in and start entering counts.
Do my operators need computers?
No. LineSight works in the browser on any Android phone or iPhone, and installs on the home screen like an app. Supervisors and owners can use a laptop too.
Will my operators actually use it?
The entry screen shows only the operator's own station and the lots waiting there. They type good and rejected pieces and press save. If someone types more pieces than are waiting, it stops them.
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
Your data is stored in India (AWS Mumbai) and is only visible to people in your company, according to the roles you give them. If you ask us for help, our team can sign in to your account for a limited time. That access is read-only by default and you see a banner while it lasts.
What does the free trial include?
The full product, set up with your own stations and products. No card is needed. At the end of the trial we talk about a plan that fits your factory.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Daily output and order reports download as CSV files that open in Excel.
