About us

Two brothers who solve shop-floor problems.

Chirag Automation is run by Kamlesh and Mohan Bishnoi in Ahmedabad. We build simple, practical tools for Indian manufacturers, starting with the problem every factory has: not knowing what's happening on the floor right now.

Our story

Built from what we saw on factory floors.

Walk into most small and mid-sized factories in India and you'll find the same thing: production tracked in registers, a WhatsApp group full of photos of slips, and one supervisor who carries the whole picture in their head. It works, until orders grow, a client calls about a delivery, and nobody can say what's finished and what's stuck.

Big ERP systems promise to fix this, but they take months to set up and are built for offices, not for the person standing at the machine. So we built something different.

LineSight is our first product: live production tracking that operators use from their phones and owners can trust. We set it up for every customer ourselves, and we keep improving it based on what we hear on the floor.

Next, we're building finishing machines for the same factories. More on that soon.

The founders

The people you'll talk to.

When you call or message us, you talk to us directly.

Kamlesh Bishnoi

Co-founder

Kamlesh knows the shop floor from the inside: machines, operators and the daily push to get orders out on time. He makes sure everything we build fits the way factories really work.

Mohan Bishnoi

Co-founder

Mohan builds the software. He turns what we see on factory floors into simple tools that operators can pick up in minutes and owners can trust.

How we work

What you can expect from us.

01

We visit the floor first

Before we suggest anything, we look at how work actually moves through your factory.

02

Simple beats clever

If an operator can't use it in a minute, we haven't finished building it.

03

We stay after setup

We set things up for you and stay one WhatsApp message away once you're running.

Let's talk about your shop floor.

Tell us what you make and where you lose time. If we can help, we'll show you how. If not, we'll say so.
